The Akademie für Neue Medien und Wissenstransfer is a service unit at Graz University. It supports teachers and students in the use of educational technologies and develops and implements media didactics and eductional technology concepts.
This paper explores Critical Success Factors(CSFs) for successful implementation of the next generation of ePortfolio systems in academic institutions. CSFs are revised, based on the current ePortfolio literature, and updated based on our exploratory field research. In addition, relationship between CSFs and maturity levels is identified and discussed.
