Croatian Chapter

On Thursday , September 26, 2013, within the „Weeks of  the Centre for e –learning“, the Croatian Europortfolio Chapter was launched.  Europortfolio Croatia is one of the first Europortfolio Chapters and shares same objectives as well as the mission with the Europortfolio. The aim Europortfolio Croatia is to synthesize ePortfolio related work in Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia and to create a virtual meeting place for all ePortfolio practitioners , experts and all interested parties from the region using Europortfolio web site.

Europortfolio Croatia will work as part of Europortfolio community in order to provide support to all those involved in ePortfolios in the mentioned region , to support  the localization of materials, and to catalyze the creation of the regional network of ePortfolio professionals, enthusiasts, projects , initiatives , etc.

Europortfolio Croatia will start with a series of webinars and f2f lectures on ePortfolios in teaching, learning and in planning personal growth and development. In addition, Europortfolio Croatia will work closely with the Ministry as well as with other Universities in the region offering webinars about different ways of ePortfolio usage to a wide range of audience.

Leaders of the Croatian initiative are dr. Igor Balaban from Faculty of Organization and Informatics Varazdin, University of Zagreb, and Sandra Kučina Softić, Head of the Centre for e-learning in Croatia.
